Adventure

In the dream, I was going to a jungle with my friends, Min Kyoung, So Yeon, Jin Hyoung and Min Young.

We were going to a very far away jungle. We saw monkeys, crocodiles, birds and other animals. It was exciting. Then we met a guide. The jungle was very deep. The guide said, “There are many dangerous animals in the jungle. You need to be careful of the animals.” We followed him and saw many animals. Then the guide said again, “I am hungry so I am going to have my lunch. Can you wait a few minutes? I’m very sorry.” We waited for him and we saw other animals.

After a long time, he didn’t come back. We were very afraid. Then we noticed that three snakes were coming to us. “Oh no, the snakes are coming!” We screamed for help. But the snakes were getting nearer to us. So we tried to run away from the snakes. Soo Yeon was crying. “If the snakes are poisonous, we will die,” I said to my friends.

Then Min Kyoung said, “Yesterday, I watched television and the specialist said, “You may have to kill the snakes in order to survive.” We thought about killing the snakes.

“I have a jungle knife to kill the snakes with. What do you think?” Jin Hyoung said to us.

“That’s a good idea, but we have only one chance, who wants try do it?” I asked.

Min young said, “I will do it.”

So Jin Hyoung gave the knife to him. We waited without breathing. Then Min Young stabbed the snake. Our hearts were running were quickly.

“Wow!” we said, but we had forgotten about the other two snakes. We saw death. Then the guide came back to us.

“Phew! Why did you take so long to come back?” we asked him.

We were angry, but we could not dwell on our anger for long because we were in a very dangerous situation.

“I was looking for you. Why are you here? ” the guide asked us.

“Can you kill the snakes first?” we disregarded the guide’s question.

“Okay, and then we can eat them,” he said.

“Wh…what? Eat them?” We were surprised.

“They aren’t poisonous, so we can eat them. I didn’t eat anything just now because it was too far.”

We were hungry so we agreed. The guide fried the snakes. We ate the fried snakes and talked about Min Young’s bravery and our jungle adventure.

“Min Young is a brave boy.” So Yeon said and Min Young laughed happily.

Then the guide said to us again, “Why did you kill one of the snakes?” We told him everything. Then he started laughing.

So our jungle adventure ended.

“Hey, Min Seo, wake up! You are late for school!” my mother said to me. And I woke up. “Thank god it was a dream.” Then I went to school.
