My Mother
My mother’s
name is Kwan Hai Jin. She is 38 years old. She is the most powerful person in
our family. She is the queen in my home. I cannot live without her. She is a
wonderful mother.
Firstly, my
mother is like a friend. She listens to my problems very seriously. When I was
very sad and tired, she told me what to do and I could overcome it. I was
crying and my mother hugged me without saying anything. It was very effective.
She is always curious about my boyfriends and my stories and I can tell her
everything because I trust her completely. Moreover, we watch dramas and do
exercises together. When I said that I wanted to watch some drama, she said she
also wanted to watch it so we watch it together every day.
Secondly, my
mother is a good chef. My friends also like my mother’s food. She works as a
cooking instructor. She has taught me to cook many dishes. She’s a famous
cooking teacher in Kuala Lumpur. Everyone wants to learn cooking from her. When I was nine years old, she baked me a
delicious cheesecake. It is my favourite type of cake. I like only my mother’s
cheesecake. Other than the cake, she also made Korean food and local food for
my birthday party.
Lastly, she
is a good teacher. Sometimes, she is my Math teacher. Whenever I don’t know how
to solve a Math question, she teaches me very patiently. She can take up to two
hours to teach me three pages but she doesn’t give up. When she is teaching me,
I don’t notice the time passing. Furthermore, when I ask her questions, she
answers all the questions very clearly. My mother is a Liberal Arts graduate so
she also teaches me History. I like Korean history. When I ask her about
history, she tells me the events in an interesting way. When she is describing
the events, I can understand them very easily.
In
conclusion, I don’t think I can learn, talk or exercise without my mother.
Until I get married, I will live with my mother. She is the best mother in the
world.
