Do you want to make your life easier? Last year, I went on a trip to Singapore. I experienced many problems there. It was my first time in Singapore so I didn’t know where to go or what to eat. It was a very bad trip for me. The second time we went to Singapore, we decided to hire a guide. It was a much more enjoyable trip. After that experience, we engage a guide every time we go on a trip. It is better to travel with a guide because we are won’t get lost, we can save time and we are safer.

Firstly, we won’t get lost if we have a guide with us. It is very easy to get lost when we are in a place we don’t know. This is why many accidents occur. If we have a guide, he can help us by telling us where to go. He can arrange the itinerary for us so we won’t have to think about where to go and what to do. Moreover, there are many people on a tour group so if we get lost, there is a chance that at least one of us will know which way to go. At the very least, we will not be alone and afraid if we are lost because we will have company.

Secondly, we can save time by having a guide. Most people take a long time to find a place. If we have a guide, he will arrange a bus to take us everywhere. Rather than wasting time and energy to figure out what transportation and route to take, we can relax and enjoy ourselves. We can even rest, chat or take a nap on the bus. The same thing goes for meals. The guide will arrange our meals for us so we do not have to think of which restaurant to go to and what to order. It will save us a lot of time and effort and we will have more time and energy to enjoy ourselves.

Thirdly, we are safer with a guide. Nowadays, lots of unpleasant incidents happen during trips abroad. This shouldn’t happen because we go on a trip to enjoy ourselves, not to get hurt. When we go to a place we don’t know, it can be very dangerous because we do not know the places or things to avoid. For example, we may end up in a crime-infested area and come face to face with some gangsters. We may lose our belongings or even get hurt. Therefore, it is much safer to have a guide with us.

In conclusion, there are many advantages of being in a tour group with a guide when we are on holiday. The guide is able to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our holiday more. We will have a better time by not having to worry about getting lost, the itinerary and our safety.
